We aim to process and despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, subject to stock availablility. If an item is not in stock, you should receive your item within 7 - 10 working days. If your order is going to take longer than 10 working days, we will contact to you check that you are happy to wait. If not, we will provide you with a refund.

 

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland is by Royal Mail first class post.

Standard Delivery to Eurpoe & Rest of World s by Royal Mail Airmail.

Simply Dancewear cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries.

 

Back orders

 

Every effort is made to despatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items although we do try our hardest. In the instance that we are out of stock of one (or more) items, we will dispatch the items available and then follow on with the back order once it arrives in stock. You will not be charged for any additional postage for this second delivery.

 

Bespoke Items

 

Bespoke items consist of the following:

 

  • Made to Measure Character Skirts
  • Made to Measure Chiffon Skirts
  • School T-shirts / Hoodies for Vestry School of Dance and Dance Fusion Academy


These items are all made to order and therefore delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow a minimum of 1 – 2 weeks for character & chiffon skirts, and a maximum 3 - 4 weeks for all t-shirts/hoodies.

 

Returns from Simply Dancewear

 

If any item is unsuitable for any reason, Simply Dancewear will refund or exchange within 14 days provided the item is unworn/unused and in its original packaging. Personalized items cannot be exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions to this policy are socks, tights and hair equipment (for hygiene reasons) and bespoke items (see above) as these are made to order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

  • All returns must be sent within 14 days to Simply Dancewear, PO Box 53135, London, E18 1UT for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please contact us within 48 hrs from receipt of the order.
  • Returns must be sent postage paid.
  • Recorded Delivery is recommended as Simply Dancewear cannot accept responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
  • Returns must be sent in a re-saleable condition in the original packaging with any tags still attached. Tights/socks cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with your return / exchange with a note of any exchange required
  • Straight exchanges (same reference but different size or colour) will be sent postage paid by Simply Dancewear for UK mainland only. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different size ordered in exchange.
  • There will be a £1.50 handling charge per item for all refunds for goods received after 14 days.
  • All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances.
  • Any refunds / difference in cost on exchanges will be processed in the same method by which payment was made i.e. cheque payment will receive a cheque back as refund.
